JAPAN’S women singles star Akane Yamaguchi (pic) is refusing to press the panic button just yet despite losing for the second straight time to Indonesia’s Gregoria Mariska.
Yamaguchi failed to avenge her loss to the Indonesian world No. 31 after going down 23-25, 21-15, 10-21 in a 50-minute quarter-final match in the Malaysian Masters yesterday.
