Hoo Pang Ron and Cheah Yee See were all smiles after winning their first World Tour title at the Hyderabad Open on Sunday.

PETALING JAYA: National mixed pair Hoo Pang Ron-Cheah Yee See finally got the monkey off their backs by claiming their maiden international title at the Hyderabad Open in India.

World No. 57 Pang Ron-Yee See saw off Indonesia’s Adnan Maulana-Mychelle Crhystine Bandaso 16-21, 21-16, 21-11 to become only the third Malaysian winners on the World Tour this season.
