PETALING JAYA: Malaysia will start the defence of the US$1mil (RM3.3mil) Axiata Cup against Vietnam on Thursday without some of their best players.
But women’s singles shuttler Tee Jing Yi, who achieved a personal best by beating world No. 3 Wang Yihan of China at the Hong Kong Open last week, is positive that the weakened national team will rise to the challenge.
