PETALING JAYA: Kristian Tung’s record-breaking streak continued on the streets of Rotterdam, but the 21-year-old national long-distance runner left the race with mixed emotions despite rewriting the history books.
The rising star clocked 30:07 at the Rotterdam Big 10 on Sunday, slicing nearly a minute off the previous national 10km record of 31:01 set by M. Sanjay just two weeks earlier.
