PETALING JAYA: Pole vaulter Nor Sarah Adi (pic) is confident she has enough time to return to peak form and mount a strong challenge for the gold medal at the SEA Games in Thailand this December despite only just recovering from injury.

The 23-year-old had been struggling with an injury to her right ankle and eventually decided to undergo surgery last December after initially delaying the procedure several times.
