KUALA LUMPUR: Raja Nursheena Raja Azhar is in the right frame of mind for next month’s Singapore SEA Games after clocking a personal best of 13.82 in the women’s 100m hurdles at the Perak Open in Ipoh.

Her effort was better than the 13.84 she did to bag the bronze in the 2013 Myanmar SEA Games.
