Telephone number available but calls are not answered 


WHY do government departments and agencies, including hospitals and income tax offices, put up landline telephone numbers for the rakyat to contact them if they need help, but then frustrate the callers by not answering the phone?

Recently, I had an appointment at a government hospital in the Klang Valley. After seeing the doctor and getting my medicines at the pharmacy, I left.
