PERAK Health, Human Resources, Indian Affairs and National Integration Committee chairman Datuk A. Sivanesan’s comments at the State Legislative Assembly on Sept 8 regarding congestion at Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun (HRPB) deserve closer consideration.
He attributed the congestion partly to elderly patients arriving with family members and coming earlier than their scheduled appointments.
