In favour of old-school display of road tax

I AM a senior citizen residing at Simpang Ampat, Penang. When I need to renew my road tax, I usually go to the Road Transport Department’s (JPJ) branch office at Simpang Ampat. It has a self-service kiosk where people can renew their road tax, and I find it very convenient and user friendly.

After making the payment with a credit or debit card, customers will receive a receipt printed on A4-size paper. I have noted that the receipt only fills up the upper two-thirds portion of the paper, leaving the rest of the page blank.
