WHILE Malaysia has long been recognised for its rich cultural diversity, the increasing complexity of modern social dynamics calls for structured, evidence-based approaches to managing and strengthening race relations.
As such, I wish to propose the establishment of a national race relations institute tasked with undertaking continuous, rigorous, and professional research on matters relating to racial harmony, social cohesion, national integration, and inter-community relations.
