Consider collective mechanism to keep basic protection affordable

I REFER to Bank Negara’s recently published White Paper on the proposed standardised base Medical and Health Insurance/Takaful (MHIT) plan, introduced under the Reset strategy to address rising private healthcare costs.

The proposal is a welcome and much-needed reform.
