Timely move to streamline Form Six education

I REFER to “Form Six Revamp Overdue” (The Star, July 19). It has been reported that Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir “revealed a plan to streamline all pre-university pathways with implementation expected either next year or the following year”.

In a move that could reshape the landscape of post age-16 education, the proposal to place Form Six under the purview of the Higher Education Ministry is welcome for good reasons.
