I REFER to the recent viral video of a driver who spent over an hour repeatedly driving around Bulatan Mahkota in Kluang, Johor.

He was eventually stopped by police officers, and Kluang OCPD Asst Comm Bahrin Mohd Noh later confirmed that the driver is a patient who is receiving treatment for schizophrenia, a serious mental health condition.
