I AM a resident of Petaling Jaya who has been trying to open a post office box with Pos Malaysia. It was a frustrating experience that I would like to share.
First, I went to the Pos Malaysia branch at Taman Paramount. I was told the service was not available there and was then advised to go to the Pos Malaysia branch in Section 14.
