Warning on the perils of digital babysitting

I REFER to the report “New National Children’s Policy unveils to champion protection, growth and participation, says Nancy” (The Star, Nov 24).

Kudos to the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry (WFCDM) and the Social Welfare Department (SWD) on the timely updating of the policy to respond to new challenges faced by children in the changing environment.
