What has ethnicity got to do with a queue ticket?

I RECENTLY went to the JPJ (Road Transport Department) office in Petaling Jaya New Town at about 10.45am.

I went to the counter and told the officer that I was a senior citizen and that I wanted to renew the road tax for my car. This is something I have done many times before.
