THERE was another round of weekend 3am kapcai racing at our residential area in Gelugor, Penang recently.
This time, while recording a video of the bikers, I spotted a mysterious group of men who appeared to be brazenly supporting them as they mindlessly assaulted the peace of the neighbourhood. The men arrived in two vehicles, a white MPV and a silver Proton sedan.
