THERE has been talk that Penang’s LRT system might become a white elephant when it’s built. However, I don’t think it will be wasted if it is properly planned, especially if stations are built in strategic locations that benefit the public.
I wish to share my experience as a senior citizen who started to use public transport recently for work purposes.
