THE RM100 eMadani credit has brought joy to some but frustration to others. Many in the latter group do not understand why their claims are being rejected and they have to apply again.
When they do so, they are led to a page where they have to check the details of their identity card that were submitted earlier. Apparently, there are more details to check next, and to do this, one has to press “continue” in the app. However, the person is taken back to the original page after doing this. Repeat the process, and the same thing recurs.
