I WOULD like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Malaysian Indian Community Transformation Unit (Mitra) and its dedicated chairman, Datuk R. Ramanan, for their remarkable achievements in fully utilising the allocation provided in the 2023 Budget.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim made the right choice in appointing the young PKR MP for Sungai Buloh to oversee Mitra as chairman of the task force, as he has shown tremendous determination and commitment in empowering the Indian community.
