A REPORT on Feb 4 about a pregnant dog losing its puppies in a dog pound after being handled roughly by dog catchers from the local council in Kulim, Kedah, is just another tale in the litany of sad tales about how councils handle stray dogs.
It is so sad that some people are capable of being so cruel to a wonderful animal known universally for their loyalty and service to humans.
