OUR enforcement agencies must encourage all modes of evidence-gathering by any source in the community. Their communication channels must also be enhanced to enable members of the public to provide information easily.
The relevant agencies must then scrutinise the admissibility of such information, classify the case in tandem with the facts of the offence and investigate without fear or favour.
