WE refer to the TextUs message “Time to break the monopoly?” (The Star, Feb 18) in which the writer, Maniam, said “Puspakom inspection centres are always crowded and appointment times are never met.”
We are looking into the matter, but we seek his cooperation in providing us with more details such as vehicle number, date and the inspection centre(s) he was referring to.
