IT has been reported that before the outbreak of Covid-19, about 300,000 Malaysians commuted daily between Johor and Singapore for work, and another 400,000 worked and lived in Singapore.
Due to the pandemic, the border between the two countries has been shut down and regular commuting is no longer allowed.
