THE Joe Biden Administration has vowed to repair the United States' alliances and return the US to a "position of trusted leadership" among world democracies.
Under the previous administration, the US withdrew from the Trans-Pacific Partnership grouping, the Paris accord on climate change and the Iran nuclear deal.
