NATIONAL unity and social cohesion are still key challenges for our country even after the implementation of various initiatives over the years since Independence.
If we are in search of new ideas to gain traction in achieving national unity, perhaps the words of former United Nations secretary-general Kofi Annan could serve as a good reminder: “We may have different religions, different languages, different coloured skin, but we all belong to one human race.”
