I GIVE my recent experience with Pos Malaysia five stars, thanks to the superb customer service I received from Nadia at the Jalan Sultan (Petaling Jaya) delivery centre.
I live in London and had posted a card to my mother in Petaling Jaya for her 90th birthday. Eagerly tracking the card’s journey and anticipating my mother’s joy on receiving it, I was appalled to read: “Delivery attempted. We found premises closed and left Delivery Arrangement Notice.”
