Allow elderly to worship in congregation

I REFER to the SOP for the reopening of places of worship during the recovery movement control order (MCO) period.

One of the guidelines is that people with chronic sickness, elderly persons and children aged 12 years and below are not encouraged to attend religious prayers or activities in their places of worship.
