Start planning to keep environment healthy

SOCIAL media has been abuzz with photos of clean rivers during this movement control order (MCO) period. People have been sharing pictures of birds returning to the parks, of fish returning to the rivers. The air is much cleaner. There is a lot of optimism. “The Earth is healing, ” they say.

All this is true. When you shut down industries and businesses, when you prohibit people from leaving their homes, which means keeping most vehicles off the roads, it is common sense that the water and air quality will improve.
