ON Jan 17, 2020, I made a suggestion to the Malaysia Immigration Department via the section listed on its website. I received an automatic notification saying that the department would respond between one and three working days.
After a week passed by and there was no response, I resent my suggestion. Can the department kindly look into the matter as it involves public interest?
