THE Consumers Association of Penang (CAP) reiterates its calls to the authorities to impose an immediate ban on the sale of glyphosate- based herbicides as they are hazardous to humans, wildlife and the environment.
Glyphosate is the chief ingredient in weed killer. In Malaysia there are more than 200 herbicide products that contain glyphosate.
