I WORKED with the Health Ministry for a good 36 years, during which I was a lecturer-cum-trainer for allied health science colleges for 26 years. The colleges train allied health workers for the Health Ministry.
I am perplexed to hear of fresh/young medical graduates prematurely quitting their profession or working under severe mental stress. Some even claim to be bullied at their workplace.
