A FEW days ago, I went to Subang Jaya and parked my car in a housing area behind a long row of eateries and other businesses. My car was sandwiched by other vehicles parked there.
There were no yellow lines or no-parking signs. The road was four lanes wide. By all accounts, I was not causing any obstruction or infringing any by-laws. Houses in the area were the usual two-storey link except for one exceptionally well-endowed residence.
