Noise pollution also a cause for concern

WHEN we talk about environmental pollution, we tend to focus on solid waste like plastics and paper. We hardly talk about noise pollution.

On my last trip to Kuala Lumpur, I realised how bad the noise pollution in the city has become. Noise emanates from the continuous stream of traffic on the roads and railways, construction work, and other human activities.
