New taxes would be a burden

WITH all the bad financial news spiralling locally and internationally, please allow me to vent my concerns. This is with regards to the many snippets issued by the present tenants at Putrajaya recently, specifically on the upcoming budget that is expected to see the introduction of new taxes.

Granted there was some mismanagement by the previous tenants at Putrajaya but introducing new taxes upon the hard-working population is unfair and ill timed. We are already burdened with high cost of living, increasing unemployment and illegal immigrants in our daily lives, just to name a few ills.
