MY neighbour keeps his dog caged up all day every day. I understand that it’s against the law to keep an animal caged up all day long, rain or shine. I feel very sorry for the dog as it only has a big umbrella for cover.
I have complained to the Selayang Municipal Council and Veterinary Department. The council emailed me to say that the matter would be looked into.
