Start very early on education

WHILE congratulating Dr Maszlee Malik on his appointment as Education Minister with an enlarged portfolio encompassing all levels of education, allow me to share some thoughts on areas to look at in the near future:

1. Provide play school for all children along the lines of the French Ecole maternelle. It begins at the age of three and is provided for two years. Essentially, this serves to socialise little children and provides soft skills early on;
