Take interest in data breach

INTERNATIONAL news over the past few days has been mainly about Facebook’s data breach which allowed the London-based data mining and analytics firm Cambridge Analytica to access millions of Facebook users’ personal information.

These unethical practices were revealed by a whistleblower who spoke about how deep data obtained from Facebook were then used to influence public opinion during elections in the countries Cambridge Analytica worked in, including the United States during the 2016 presidential election.
