EMPLOYERS who provide services for children must fully use the Child Registry, which contains the names of child sex offenders. This will ensure that they will not hire child sex offenders or paedophiles who are likely to repeat their crimes.
Research has shown that there is a high recidivism rate for sexual offenders and they should never be allowed to work near children.
