MALAYSIA Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) as the operator and manager of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and other facilities in the country should get tough with airlines that do not remit the passenger service charge (PSC) according to the deadline.
MAHB must set a time frame for the carriers to submit the PSC, which is collected from travellers on behalf of the airport operator. Taking a soft approach would only encourage defaulters.
