PSD solution needs improving

A pensioners getting their medical check up at Putyrajaya hospital in Putrajaya. Puclic Services Department is just launched the rapid lane for shorten the waiting time for pensioners for treatment.

I REFER to the article “PSD sorts out pensioner’s plight over claims,” (The Star, 25 May).

I commend the quick action of Public Service Department deputy director-general (operations) Datuk Nor Inchun Mohammed Salleh and two officers who promptly solved the problem faced by pensioner Lim Ah Tee.
