IN March last year, several friends and I attended a wonderful event called the Raptor Watch in Tanjung Tuan, Malacca, which borders Port Dickson.
The festival, which will be held on Mar 11-12 this year, allows many to witness the spring migration of eagles and other birds of prey to places like Siberia in a journey that takes the birds through many nations.
