THE recent outcome by the Dutch-led international team of investigators, which concluded that Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 was shot down by a Buk missile brought from Russia to Ukraine, should bolster efforts to bring all the culprits involved to justice.

Such a matter cannot be set aside or ignored by the authorities as it has been more than two years since the tragedy, which killed 298 people. The Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 was en route to Kuala Lumpur from Amsterdam.
