Printing price on packaging a good idea

THE bottler of Coca-Cola in Negeri Sembilan has added the 390ml and 1.25l to the existing 500ml and 1.5l packaging sizes. The 390ml and 1.25l bottle cost RM1 and RM2.50 respectively.

The difference between the new bottles and the existing ones is the conspicuous presence of the price on the former. The price is printed in bold red letters on the label against a yellow background together with words stating that it is the recommended retail price. The words Buatan Malaysia (made in Malaysia) are also printed on the label, which made me wonder why as we all know that the soft drinks are produced in the country.
