THE proposal by the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry to start the initiative for the flexible working arrangement (FWA) in the country should be welcomed by all workers in the public and private sectors.
It will help to meet the current worldwide trend and fulfill the workers’ needs to create more work–life balance, allowing individual workers to focus on their jobs while at the same time giving equal attention to their personal life and family.
