Improving LDP’s traffic flow

WE refer to the letters “Think outside the box to clear jam” (The Star, April 11) and “Desperately needing alternative route” (The Star, April 28) and would like to thank the writers for their feedback on the congestion at our Petaling Jaya (PJ) toll plaza.

We acknowledge the issues raised and wish to put into perspective that despite many constraints within and beyond the Damansara-Puchong Highway’s (LDP) right of way (ROW), Litrak has still managed to initiate a number of significant improvements within its ROW such as highway capacity enhancements, toll plaza enhancements, system improvements, toll collection system enhancements, etc.
