Need for better ferry services for Penang

ON Nov 21, I took the ferry from Penang Island to Butterworth. It was a disappointment.

Firstly, upon arrival at the ferry terminal (Island side) at about 6.25am, I missed the ferry by a few minutes as I could see it had just departed the island.
