Uber must be regulated

I REFER to the letter by Alan Bligh, “Do commuters a favour” (The Star, Oct 16).

As the daughter of an honest and hard-working taxi driver who raised four children, made sure all of us had a roof over our head, brought food to the table and ensured we had a good education, the industry my father is involved in is close to my heart.
