The report laid bare the discourse faced by Residents Associations (RAs) in reckoning with the inconsistent guidelines of our regulatory authorities, the Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Ministry (KPKT) as against Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).
