I REFER to the report “Cloud seeding will start today” (The Star, Sept 15) in which it is stated that the Meteorological Department together with the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) will start cloud seeding operations over the Klang Valley to combat the haze.
I think this is a futile operation and a waste of money.
